San Diego Padres outfielder Justin Upton robbed Pittsburgh Pirates outfielder Andrew McCutchen of a home run during the fifth inning of Tuesday's game.

The Padres were leading 2–1 in the bottom of the fifth with a Pittsburgh runner on first when McCutchen hit a ball off Marcos Mateo deep to left field. Upton ran back to the track and made a perfectly-timed leap at the wall to take a would-be home run off the board.

McCutchen was looking for home run No. 11 on the season. The 28-year-old entered Tuesday hitting .299 with 10 home runs and 51 RBIs in 2015 and was named an All-Star on Monday.
