The Jets Backed the Yankees in the Playoffs and Their Fans Couldn’t Believe it

Everyone in New York knows that the overwhelming majority of Jets fans root for the Mets and Giants fans root for the Yankees. It’s been like that ever since the Jets played at Shea Stadium and the Yankees played in the Bronx, and decades later it still holds true.
But with the Yankees playing in the Wild Card Game on Wednesday night, the Jets decided to send out a good luck message.

Can the Jets do anything right this year? They’ve already won more games than they were supposed to all season, making fans think they’ll miss out on drafting a top quarterback, and now they’re aligning themselves with team their supporters hate.
