Angels News: Pitch Tipping Led to Multi-Home Run Outing for Oakland

In this story:
The Oakland Athletics have been one of the worst teams in the MLB this season and barely captured their fifth win of the year Monday over the Los Angeles Angels. They've been well-known recently due to the Anthony Rendon drama last month more than they have for playing winning baseball.
However, it looks like they woke up with a chip on their shoulder knowing they were starting a series against the Halos. Despite barely being able to gauge out three runs per game prior to last night, they had five through two innings on LA and finished with 11 total in their win.

What Went Wrong In Those Early Innings?
The Angels' offense and relievers did their job to get back into it and make it a close one as the game went extra innings and they only fell 10-11 but Jose Suarez put them in that hole to begin with.
He continues some very rough outings in 2023 as he lasted five innings on the mound due to unavailability of other pitchers and posted a 10.26 ERA while allowing eight hits and seven runs. All five of Oakland's home runs came from his throws and it was later revealed that he was tipping pitches and making it easy on their batters to take him deep.
Jose Suarez said he was told he was tipping pitches after the third inning. He changed his glove placement after that. He had allowed 5 homers in the first three frames.

This Isn't The First Time He's Done This
One may wonder exactly what a seasoned pitcher like Suarez would be doing wrong to reveal his cards to the opposing side. Well, Twitter appears to have discovered a growing trend in his routine that may have made it quite simple for the A's to see his throws before they even happened.
Here you go… in NY you can see different hand positions for Jose Suarez while he is set. Not a lot but enough that if you watched it long enough you could pick something up.

With the A’s being on the 1st base side, they have a prime spot looking at this.#Angels pic.twitter.com/tCytJLjvbn
