WATCH: Homers from Marcell Ozuna and Ronald Acuña Jr. give the Braves a 4-1 lead over the Twins

Bombs from Marcell Ozuna and Ronald Acuña Jr. have the Braves on top through seven.

The game was tied 1-1, heading into the bottom of the seventh inning.

That tie was erased by a Marcell Ozuna solo shot and a Ronald Acuña Jr. two-run bomb giving the Braves a 4-1 lead.

If you add the two homers together, it was 840 feet of home runs, equating to two mammoth shots.

Acuña Jr's homer traveled further, going 432 feet, but Ozuna's was not too far behind at 408.

There are some powerful hitters in this Braves lineup.

Let's take a look at these two absolute bombs.

Pitching Matchup for the Atlanta Braves and Minnesota Twins on Monday, June 26th

Atlanta's sending Spencer Strider to the mound. Back to his usual dominating self, thanks to his wife, Strider is 8-2 with a 3.93 ERA in his fifteen starts, striking out a MLB-leading 136 batters (14.5 K/9) in his eighty-four and two-thirds innings. He's never faced Minnesota, and only two Twins batters - 3B Kyle Farmer (0-1) and C Christian Vasquez (0-2) have seen Strider.

Minnesota's countering with RHP Sonny Gray. One of the breakout pitchers in MLB this season, Gray is 4-1 with a 2.56 ERA in his fifteen starts, striking out eighty-four batters in his eighty-one innings of work. He leads the National League in FIP (Fielding Independent Pitching - which measures a pitcher's effectiveness at the hitter's outcomes he solely controls, namely homeruns, walks, hit-by-pitches, and strikeouts) at 2.70 and all of baseball in home run rate, with only 0.2 homers allowed per nine innings. Several Braves have seen him plenty in their career, but no one's taken him deep or had much sustained success off of him.
