WATCH: Atlanta hits THREE solo homeruns in the 8th inning as they furiously attempt a comeback

The Atlanta Braves jumped out to an early 5-0 lead in the first inning against the Cincinnati Reds and it felt like this one was going to end quickly and quietly.
That's not what happened.
Cincinnati got two homeruns from veteran Joey Votto, a cycle from top prospect Elly De La Cruz, and was sitting on a sweet 11-7 lead entering the top of the 8th.
To paraphrase OutKast, "the Braves got something to say".
Ronald Acuña Jr went first, speaking his piece with a solo one-out shot to left field off of former Braves pitcher Lucas Sims.

Next was Austin Riley, absolutely CRUSHING one 458 feet to left-center at 109.7 off the bat.
AUSTIN. RILEY. No. Doubter.

Finally, Matt Olson got in on the action, sending one out to center that would have landed on the edge of the batter's backdrop if not for a barehanded catch by a Braves fan in attendance.

There's been nine homeruns in this one (two by Olson, who is tied for the NL lead with 23) and it's 11-10 Cincinnati as the teams enter the bottom of the 8th.
Atlanta's looking to keep the win streak alive while putting an end to Cincinnati's winning streak. First pitch from Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati is set for 6:40 PM ET. The game broadcast, with Voice of the Braves Brandon Gaudin, is available inside Braves Country on Bally Sports Southeast and is available on MLB.TV outside of the broadcast area. The radio call, with Ben Ingram, is available locally on 680 AM/93.7 FM The Fan or outside the Atlanta market on the Atlanta Braves Radio Network or MLB.com.
