The Atlanta Braves are so hot right now.

Winners of eight straight, Atlanta now has the 2nd best record in baseball at 14-4 and sit third in runs, fourth in hits, and fourth in batting average. Ronald Acuña Jr leads all of MLB in runs scored (18) and Matt Olson leads the National League in RBIs with 20.

Just a week after losing three out of four at home versus the Padres, Atlanta swept Cincinnati and Kansas City and are trying for their third straight series sweep in their getaway day matchup in San Diego.

Here's how Auburn will line up for the contest:

Atlanta's found a lineup that doesn't involve Marcell Ozuna grabbing a bat, with Eddie Rosario as the DH and left and center field being manned by Kevin Pillar and Sam Hilliard, respectively. Ozzie Albies, being a switch hitter, drops from fifth to sixth to distribute the lefty bats.

Starting for the Braves is Charlie Morton. The veteran right-hander has a 3.86 ERA on the season after his first three starts, with twelve strikeouts to seven walks in sixteen and a third innings. He's looking for better results than the last time he faced San Diego, at home on April 8th, where he gave up six hits and three runs (two earned) in five innings as the Braves went on to lose 4-1.

Opposing Morton is Nick Martinez. The thirty-two year-old is 0-1 on the year with a 5.60 ERA in three starts, covering seventeen and two-thirds innings with eleven strikeouts. Control has been an issue for Martinez this season, as he's walked ten batters, but the Braves have been too: He got roughed up by Atlanta on April 7th for four hits and four runs with five walks in four and two-thirds innings, including being one of only four people to give up a hit to Marcell Ozuna on the season (and a home run, to boot).

How to Watch

Wednesday's game is a late afternoon affair for Braves fans, with first pitch scheduled for 4:10 ET. The game broadcast, with Voice of the Braves Brandon Gaudin, is available inside Braves Country on Bally Sports South, and is available on MLB.TV outside of the broadcast area. The radio call, with Ben Ingram, is available locally on 680 AM/93.7 FM The Fan or outside the Atlanta market on the Atlanta Braves Radio Network or MLB.com.
