Dodgers Notes: Pair of LA Stars Move Up In MVP Race, Julio Urias' Potential Contract and More
The Dodgers got another win behind a strong start from rookie Bobby Miller and a clutch two-RBI single as they defeated the Arizona Diamondbacks 2-0 to get a quick two game sweep in the desert. With the victory and a Giants loss, the Dodgers increased their NL West lead to six games.
Also, Freddie Freeman and Mookie Betts each saw their MVP chances rise as they continue their superb 2023 campaigns. Dodgers starting pitcher Julio Urias is coming off two great starts as he continues to work his way back into form from a groin injury, and a writer examined what the impending free agent could get on the open market this offseason.
That's definitely not all though, and you can read about that and much more below!
