For as long as most people can remember, the Dodgers have been one of the more successful teams in baseball. They have made the playoffs for 11 straight seasons, and it doesn't look like they are slowing down anytime soon.

LA continuously looks for different ways to field winning teams, while also keeping their farm system strong. It's a testament to how the organization has done things, and the leadership in place.

Since president of baseball operations Andrew Friedman has taken over, the Dodgers have become one of the better-run franchises in the sport. And it seems that one MLB insider tends to agree.

Insider Ken Rosenthal said that he believes LA is the best-run organization in baseball while on the Fair Territory show.

“I would say the best run franchise and I’ll even go with them over some other ones that are equally well run, or perhaps as well run. I would say it’s the Los Angeles Dodgers.”

The Dodgers can offer players a legitimate chance to win the World Series every season, which is something most other teams can't. They have built sustainable success from the top down, and it's been impressive to watch.

“They’ve performed remarkably under the Friedman/Dave Roberts regime. They are in the playoffs virtually every year. They have one of the best farm systems in the game virtually every year. Yes they have more money no doubt about it and they generally use it quite well but in terms of putting a competitive, winning team on the field every season, giving their fans something to look forward to every season, no team has done it as consistently well over a longer period than the Dodgers.”

There are plenty of teams that could compete with the Dodgers, but LA is one of one. They may not have all the postseason success over the years, and they do get criticized for it, but they remain in contention every single season.

Fans have grown tired of the team underperforming in the playoffs, and the hope is that the front office will address that this offseason. LA is expected to be aggressive in their moves to upgrade the team, and they want to make sure that they don't have any more short playoff runs.
