Watch: Phillies Shortstop Trea Turner Smashes Home Run for Team USA

In this story:
Philadelphia Phillies star shortstop Trea Turner got in on the party as Team USA is cruising through their matchup with Canada in the World Baseball Classic.
In his second at-bat of the evening, Turner turned a pitch and deposited into the left field stands of Chase Field. His home run made it an even dozen runs for the USA as the rout is officially on.
Turner in his first at-bat reached base with a fielder's choice. He then showed off his wheels when he went from first to home on a Cedric Mullens triple.
The shortstop is showing his stuff here in spring and for Team USA. After being inexplicably benched on Sunday against Team Mexico, Turner is proving why he is the best shortstop in baseball.
What a fun player to watch.
