Philadelphia Phillies Acquire Outfielder Via Trade From Rays

In this story:
The Philadelphia Phillies have acquired outfield depth in the form of Jordan Qsar from the Tampa Bay Rays. We speculated that the team could pursue a trade for some outfield help prior to Opening Day.
Here we are.
Philadelphia gave the Rays 'cash considerations' in return for Qsar who reached the Triple-A last season. Where he excelled with Double-A Montgomery. There he slashed .234/.345/.465 with 13 home runs in 319 plate appearances.
What is worrisome is his high strikeout of 37.6-percent.
The other head-scratching part of this transaction is that the Phillies have been needing right-handed depth while Qsar is a lefty. Still, there is plenty of potential in his bat.
Qsar was assigned to Philadelphia's minor league camp.
He could be an option in the case of injury or if he can cut down on his strikeouts while increasing his contact rate in the minors.
It's a promising pickup for the Phillies ahead of the start of the 2023 MLB season.
