Philadelphia Phillies Fans React on Social Media to Team's Disappointing Start

In this story:
The Philadelphia Phillies have had a lackluster start to the MLB season. Some would say disastrous considering the expectations placed on this team after winning the National League pennant this season.
But if there is one highlight to all of this, it is the fans' reactions to the team's performance on social media. After all, it is Philadelphia and there is no such thing as overreacting. Right? Right??
So here are some of the best (or worst?) and most hilarious posts we have seen from the Phillies Phaithful.
4-9. Not time to panic but I think it’s fair to wonder if they suck.

The first two weeks have definitely felt like a basketball to the face, not just Thursday night.

The most Philly thing ever.
Phillies suck, they really really suck...phiiillies suck, they really really suck

Don't overreact krae-krae.
Apparently the man who took a 21-29 team to the World Series and came in second place for NL Manager of the Year is Joe Girardi now? Sure Jan.
I think the Phillies will be fine — I think — but if there were a playbook on how to destroy any optimism and excitement about a season in two weeks, you’re watching it right now.

Not funny. Not good. But true.
I wonder when the Phillies will be fun again. Cause watching this is like pouring bleach in your eyes

We recommend not doing this.
All jokes aside, this is a talented team who has faced adversity early. It is sure to be a funny storyline in about a month when Philadelphia is chasing down whoever is at the top of the NL East standings and Bryce Harper is back in the lineup.
Chin up, it's a long season.
