Four Philadelphia Phillies Finalists for NL Gold Gloves

The Philadelphia Phillies are getting a lot of attention for their game atmosphere at Citizens Bank Park. Between the noise and the way the players interact with the fans, it’s not surprising that the Phillies are undefeated at home so far this postseason.
The Phillies finalists are pitcher Zack Wheeler, pitcher Taijuan Walker, catcher J.T. Realmuto, and second baseman Bryson Stott.
The Phillies are in the National League Championship Series against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Game 3 is set for Thursday in Arizona.
Wheeler had a .969 fielding percentage in 2023 with 15 assists and just one charged error in 192 innings. Walker, meanwhile, didn’t commit an error in 172.2 innings and had 23 assists in the field.
Realmuto had a .998 fielding percentage in 133 games behind the plate, as he had 33 assists and just two errors.
Stott, who moved to second base full-time after the Phillies signed Trea Turner to play shortstop, In 149 games at second base, he finished with a .992 fielding percentage with just five errors.
The winners will be announced in November.
