The Reds tied the Cubs 6-6 on Tuesday in Goodyear at spring training. 

Frankie Montas didn't give up a hit in two innings of work. He also had two strikeouts in his first outing as a member of the Reds. 

Conner Phillips tossed two innings, didn’t allow a hit, and only allowed one base runner. He also had two strikeouts

Will Benson also scored and hit an RBI in the 7th inning, which have the Reds a 3-0 lead.

Alan Busenitz was the pitcher of choice in the 7th inning. He gave up no runs after a lead-off double had a base runner threatening.

Edwin Arroyo continues to have a heck of a spring training, as he hit a double in the 8th inning. He scored on a double by Jacob Hurtubise to give Cincinnati a 5-0 lead.

Carson Rudd had a rough day, giving up four runs. 

Jacob Gozzo was the final pitcher for the Reds and he gave up a double to start the final inning. He then gave up a single and a run later scored. They ended up scoring again and the game ended in a tie. The Reds had a 6-0 lead, but ultimately tied their division rival.
