Commissioner Goodell couldn't have enjoyed the weekend. On Thursday, Bengals LB A.J. Nicholson was charged with misdemeanor assault after reportedly punching his girlfriend in the eye. On Sunday, Broncos WR David Kircus was identified as "a person of interest" in a late-night assault outside Denver. On that same night, Jets pro bowler Justin Miller was arrested and charged with third-degree assault after a fight at a New York City nightclub.
