Knicks, Clippers get what they need

As with the Harrington-Crawford trade, it is a win-win deal for both sides. The Knicks clear more cap room for 2010 while adding two solid vets who can try to keep them on an improving path in the short term. The Clippers get an All-Star talent (and Brand replacement) to keep pace with the Warriors in that quest for the No. 8 spot in the West.
