Thanks to the slow sports week, one of the biggest topics being discussed by fans right now is how this current men's Olympic basketball team would fare against the 1992 Dream Team. Handicapping site Pregame.com says that the '92 team would be a six-point favorite over the 2012 squad. Scottie Pippen would obviously lay the number, because he said his team would win by 25 points. Larry Bird may have had the best quote of all about this debate. When asked if the 2012 club could pull the upset, Bird said, "They probably could. I haven't played in 20 years and we're all old now." Despite the age differences, this position-by-position breakdown does a nice job of summing up the matchup.

One of those guys pulled a similar stunt earlier this week when he traveled from the Dominican Republic to the MLB All-Star Game in Kansas City.
