Lakers' Kobe Bryant dunks on Nets' Kris Humphries and Gerald Wallace
By Ben Golliver
Lakers guard Kobe Bryant threw down a monster dunk in traffic over Kris Humphries and Gerald Wallace on Tuesday during the fourth quarter against the Nets at Brooklyn's Barclays Center.
"As far as the dunk, I just had the lane and I took it," Bryant said in a postgame interview with NBA TV. "I was upset because I missed so many easy ones all night long. I had a lane to the basket and I took it. I thought it was an and-one but I think the ref was surprised that I actually dunked it."
The Lakers defeated the Nets 92-83 to improve to 23-26 and win for the sixth time in seven games. Bryant finished with a team-high 21 points (on 9-of-24 shooting), eight rebounds, four assists and four steals in 37 minutes.
