Video: Heat's LeBron James soars for one-handed alley-oop dunk vs. Pistons

LeBron James rose high to dunk an alley-oop pass from Mario Chalmers during the Heat's 102-96 home victory over the Pistons on Monday night.

The fireworks popped off with the Heat leading 43-41 midway through the second quarter. Miami got out in transition after Greg Oden forced a turnover, and Dwyane Wade pushed the ball ahead to Chalmers, who was running clear on the left wing. Chalmers then set up James, who was charging hard down the ring wing, with a soft lob near the basket.

The pass was a bit high, but the back-to-back MVP still hauled it in with one hand, even though the ball was even with the top of the square on the backboard. Yes, the high-flying act brought Michael Beasley to his feet before James even had the chance to finish the play with a strong throwdown.
