The Charlotte Hornets agreed to a 4-year, $63 million maximum offer sheet with restricted free agent guard Gordon Hayward.
Utah has three days to match the offer sheet, as Hayward is a restricted free agent.
Financial terms were not disclosed, but according to Yahoo Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski, Hayward will receive a four-year deal worth $63 million.
According to Wojnarowski, Hayward, the No. 9 overall pick in the 2010 draft, will receive a player option in the fourth year of the deal and a 15 percent trade kicker.
