The Philadelphia 76ers finished with the second-worst record in the NBA last season at 19-63. They selected Kansas center Joel Embiid with the third overall pick in the NBA draft, but he will not play during Summer League because of a foot injury. With the 10th pick, they drafted Croatian forward Dario Saric, who will not join the team for at least two more seasons.

Nerlens Noel, the sixth pick in the 2013 NBA draft, played in the Orlando Summer League, but will skip the Las Vegas edition.
