NBA releases new Portland Trail Blazers, Los Angeles Lakers jerseys

The NBA revealed new "Pride" uniforms for the Portland Trail Blazers and the Los Angeles Lakers on Monday. The uniforms will be sleeved, and Portland's will read "Rip City" on the front. The Lakers' "Hollywood Nights" design features purple and gold on a black jersey.

Several NBA players, including LeBron James and Dirk Nowitzki, complained about the sleeved jerseys last season. NBA commissioner Adam Silver even reportedly considered getting rid of the sleeved jerseys entirely last season.
