Nuggets sign former Virginia Tech guard Erick Green

The Denver Nuggets announced on Friday that they have signed guard Erick Green. Green spent the 2014 NBA Summer League with the Nuggets and was the No. 46 pick in the 2013 NBA draft.

The Denver Nuggetsannounced on Friday that they signed guard Erick Green.  

Green spent the 2014 NBA Summer League with the Nuggets, averaging 16.6 points and 2.6 assists in five games.

The No. 46 pick in the 2013 NBA draft, Green played his college basketball at Virginia Tech, where he was named the 2013 ACC Co-Player of the Year after leading the nation in scoring with 25 points per game as a senior. 

After being traded to Denver on draft night and spending the 2013 Summer League with them as well, Green played for Italian team Montepaschi Siena during the 2013-14 season.
