The Miami Heat and Leandro Barbosa are showing mutual interest in one another, according Basketball Insiders' Alex Kennedy.

Kennedy sent the following tweet, citing league sources:

Barbosa "has had discussions" with multiple NBA teams throughout his time playing for his native Brazil in the FIBA World Cup, according to RealGM's Shams Charania.

The Heat have had a busy offseason, re-signing Chris Bosh, Dwyane Wade and Udonis Haslem. The Heat have also signed free agent forward Shawne Williams and guards Tyler Johnson and Reggie Williams.

The 31-year-old Barbosa returned to his former team, the Phoenix Suns, last season after stints with Toronto, Boston and Indiana. He averaged 18.4 minutes and 7.5 points per game in the 2013-14 season.
