In clarifying an earlier report that the United States' Rudy Gay fractured his jaw on Thursday during a semifinal win over Lithuania, a Team USA official said in a report from Sam Amick of USA Today that in fact Gay's jaw has a bruising around a tooth socket and, as previously reported, a chipped tooth. But the jaw is not fractured.

The U.S.-Serbia game tips off slightly after 3 p.m. ET.
