The Sacramento Kings have agreed to a one-year, fully-guaranteed deal with free agent center Ryan Hollins, according to a tweet Wednesday night from Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! Sports.

The 7-foot journeyman, who turns 30 years old next month, will provide insurance for a relatively thin frontcourt in Sacramento that consists of only one reliable big man -- recent Team USA center DeMarcus Cousins

Hollins was selected by the Bobcats at the end of the second round in the 2006 NBA Draft. Since then, he's gone on to rosters with the Mavericks, Timberwolves, Cavaliers and Celtics. Most recently, he spent the last two years with the Clippers, averaging 2.3 points in seven minutes per game last season for Los Angeles.
