Carter-Williams averaged 16.7 points, 6.3 rebounds and 6.2 assists en route to winning the NBA's Rookie of the Year award last season.
The 76ers went 19-63 last season.
MCW will not be a full participant at training camp as he still recovers from shoulder surgery. Brett Brown is happy where MCW is tho.
