Report: Wizards finalizing training camp deal with David Stockton

The Washington Wizards are completing a training camp deal for David Stockton, the son of former Utah Jazz star point guard John Stockton, reports Marc Stein of ESPN.

David Stockton averaged 4.8 points and 3.1 assists over four seasons at Gonzaga.

Over two summer league games with the Phoenix Suns in July, Stockton posted averaged of 3.0 points and 0.5 assists.

The Wizards went 44-38 and earned the No. 5 seed in the Eastern Conference last season before falling to the Pacers in the second round of the playoffs.
