Denver Nuggets forward Darrell Arthur has been suspended one game for his flagrant foul on Dion Waiters Friday night, the NBA announced Saturday.

Nuggets forward Darrell Arthur has been suspended one game for his flagrant foul on Cavaliers guard Dion Waiters Friday night, the league announced Saturday.
Arthur pushed Waiters as he rose toward the hoop for a layup. Waiters was thrown off balance and fell to the ground, appearing to land on his right elbow. Arthur was called for a flagrant foul 2, which carries an automatic ejection.

Artur played five minutes before he was ejected and did not score. Waiters remained in the game and scored 17 points in 24 minutes.
Arthur will serve his suspension in Denver's next game, on Sunday against the Trail Blazers in Portland.
