Orlando Magic rookie forward Aaron Gordon will be out indefinitely after fracturing a bone in his left foot, general manager Rob Hennigan said Sunday.

The 19-year-old Gordon, the fourth pick in the 2014 NBA draft out of Arizona, had already become an important contributor off the bench through the Magic's first 11 games. He was averaging 5.8 points and 3 rebounds per game in 15. minutes. He was shooting 58 percent from the floor.

Gordon took to his Twitter account Sunday after the Magic announced the news:

The 6-foot-9 Gordon's best game of the 11 came on Nov. 7, when he put up 17 points, six rebounds and two blocks in a 112-103 overtime victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves.
