Cavs lose Irving for at least one game with back injury

CLEVELAND (AP) Cavaliers guard Kyrie Irving won't make the trip to Philadelphia for Monday night's game because of lower back tightness.

Irving left Sunday's 109-90 loss to Dallas in the third quarter and didn't return. The All-Star point guard scored a season-low six points, making 2 of 9 shots in 25 minutes.

Irving, who will remain in Cleveland to get treatment, said he hurt the back in Friday's game at Charlotte . He missed two games last week because of a sore left knee.

Irving is averaging 20.4 points and 5.2 assists in 32 games.

The Cavaliers played their fourth straight game Sunday without LeBron James, who is out with knee and back soreness. James could return during the team's five-game West Coast trip that begins Friday.
