The woman claims that she and a friend went to a Scottsdale home that Beasley shared with a friend on Jan. 13, 2013 and that Beasley and the other man "physically overpowered, restrained, grabbed and groped," the woman, according to court records. The lawsuit also states that the men "stripped her clothing from her, repeatedly choked her into unconsciousness, and repeatedly sexually assaulted and raped her."

Scottsdale, Ariz. police investigated the alleged incident in 2013, but criminal charges were not brought against Beasley.
