CHICAGO (AP) Injured Chicago Bulls center Joakim Noah and forward Mike Dunleavy Jr. remained sidelined for Thursday's game against the San Antonio Spurs.

Noah, the NBA's Defensive Player of the Year last season, missed his fourth straight game because of a sprained right ankle. It has been bothering him for more than a month. He missed four games in December, came back and tweaked it.

Coach Tom Thibodeau says Noah has looked ''very good'' practicing on a limited basis the past two days. He also says Dunleavy, who missed his 11th game in a row because of a jammed right ankle, is ''very, very close'' to returning.

Chicago visits Dallas on Friday.
