The NBA will host basketball clinics at 100 New York City schools on Feb. 13 as part of the NBA All-Star FIT Celebration. The efforts will help the league reach its season-long goal of engaging one million kids with fitness-related activities.

Approximately 20,000 students will participate during the All-Star Weekend event and each site will feature a member of the NBA family, including NBA All-Stars, WNBA players and NBA legends.

The same day, NBA All-Stars will join City Harvest, celebrity chef Mario Batali, NBA partners, and volunteers from the NBA family to sort and pack 160,000 pounds of food, which will go to more than 10,000 New Yorkers in need.

The NBA and State Farm will also donate $500,000 to refurbish 10 indoor basketball courts in partnership with the NYC Department of Education.

The 2015 NBA All-Star Game will be held on Feb. 15 at Madison Square Garden.
