New York Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony left Monday's game against the Miami Heat with a left knee injury, but Knicks coach Derek Fishersaid he thinks Anthony will "be fine."

Anthony had 26 points in the Knicks' 109-95 loss to the Heat.

After the game, Anthony told reporters that his knee is sore, and he is getting closer needing to end his season due to the injury.

In 39 games this season, Anthony is averaging 35.8 minutes, 24.1 points, 3 assists, and 6.7 rebounds per game. Anthony has missed 13 of the Knicks games this year, some of which have been because of soreness in his knees.

Anthony signed a five-year, $124 million deal in July.
