A Las Vegas judge granted Blake Griffin's attorney more time to resolve the Los Angeles Clippers forward's battery case, according to the Associated Press

Griffin's lawyer, Richard Schonfeld, was given until March 24 to attempt to get the case dismissed.

Griffin was charged with misdemeanor battery in November after a man claimed Griffin slapped him and took his cell phone after he took a picture of Griffin and his teammates at Tao, a Las Vegas nightclub, in October.

Schonfeld was also granted more time to resolve the case in January.
