Video: DeMarcus Cousins goes coast-to-coast to dunk on Jae Crowder

DeMarcus Cousins took the "Point Center" concept to a different level when he drove coast-to-coast and threw down a huge dunk over Jae Crowder during Sacramento's 109-101 home victory over Boston on Friday.

Talent has never been the question for Cousins. With a little more than three minutes remaining in the third quarter and Sacramento leading 72-66, Cousins collected a defensive rebound near his own baseline and decided to push the ball up the court. Sometimes these forays get a little out of hand, but this time Cousins remained under control, picking up some steam as he crossed halfcourt before deciding to attack the paint.

Boston center Tyler Zeller was unable to get back in time, leaving the smaller Crowder as the only obstacle standing between Cousins and the rim. Elevating from outside the protected circle, Cousins soared over the top of Crowder to finish the right-handed power slam. Crowder went crashing hard to the court as the Kings bench and Sacramento owner VivekRanadive celebrated the highlight play.

Cousins, 24, was selected to the first All-Star Game of his career this season. He posted a game-high 31 points, 15 rebounds and three assists. Rudy Gay added 28 points, five rebounds and four assists.

Avery Bradley led the Celtics with a team-high 28 points, six assists and four steals. Zeller added 22 points, four rebounds and six assists.

Sacramento improved to 19-34 and delivered coach George Karl a win in his first game with the team. Boston fell to 20-32.
