Washington Wizards power forward Nene will return from a two-game absence for personal reasons on Monday against the Portland Trail Blazers, Marc J. Spears of Yahoo Sports reports.

The Wizards beat the Memphis Grizzlies and Sacramento Kings last week without Nene. Drew Gooden started in his place and averaged 7.5 points and 7.0 rebounds.

The 32-year-old Nene is averaging 11.3 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists in just 25.3 minutes per game this season. His scoring is average is the lowest since his rookie season.

Backup power forward Kris Humphries has missed the last seven games with a groin injury.

The Wizards have won three straight games. They are the No. 5 seed in the Eastern Conference, one game behind the Chicago Bulls for the No. 4 seed. The Milwaukee Bucks are four games behind the Wizards.

The Wizards host the Trail Blazers on Monday at 7 p.m. ET.
