The Memphis Grizzlies and Portland Trail Blazers will begin their first-round Western Conference playoffs series Sunday on TNT. Tip-off is set for 8 p.m. ET at FedExForum.

The Trail Blazers finished 51–31, grabbing the West's No. 4 playoff spot. The Grizzlies are the No. 5 seed after finishing 55–27.

The Grizzlies swept the four-game season series, most recently defeating the Trail Blazers at home 97–86 on March 21.

LaMarcus Aldridge averaged a career-high 23.4 points per game to lead the Trail Blazers this season, adding 10.2 rebounds and one block per game. Damian Lillard, in his third season, averaged a career-high 21 points and 4.6 rebounds per game to go with 6.2 assists. Wesley Matthews chipped in 15.9 points, 3.7 rebounds and 2.3 assists.

For the Grizzlies, Marc Gasol leads the team with a career-high 17.4 points and also averaged 7.8 rebounds and 1.6 blocks. Zach Randolph averaged 16.1 points and a team-high 10.5 rebounds per game, while Mike Conley averaged 15.8 points and a team-high 5.4 assists per game.
