The Houston Rockets unveiled three new alternate jerseys on Tuesday at an event for season ticket holders.

After paying tribute to the late Moses Malone, a former Rocket, the team announced its new season theme of “Pursuit,” and brought out Dwight Howard, Donatas Motiejunas and rookie Sam Dekker to model the new looks.

Howard came out in a silver sleeved alternate combo more similar to Houston's regular uniforms from last season, replacing red and white with silver, black and a more subdued red, along with what appears to be a checkerboard-style piping on the sides. These will debut on-court on Nov. 25 against Memphis. Motiejunas showed off the sleeved “Clutch City pride” jersey, which hearkens back to the team’s brighter red and yellow color schemes of the past, as well as what looks like a new font that will be worn for the first time on-court Nov. 14 against Dallas.

The more traditional black “Space City” uniform worn by Dekker won't debut on-court until the 2016–17 season. It features a new black and red color scheme along with another new font across the chest.
