The basketball court for the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro has been unveiled at Carioca Arena 1 in Barra Olympic Park.

The new $195 million facility is in the Barra da Tijuca neighborhood of Rio and was finally finished after breaking ground in 2009.

The court displayed on Tuesday will be used for basketball as well as wheelchair basketball and rugby during the Paralympics. The Olympic Hall holds an occupancy of 16,000 people.
