Watch: Cavaliers’ J.R. Smith ejected after flagrant foul on Harrison Barnes

Cavaliers guard J.R. Smith was ejected after committing a flagrant foul on Warriors forward Harrison Barnes on Monday night.

J.R. Smith probably just wanted to get an early start on his shower.

The Cavaliers guard was ejected from Monday’s clash between the Warriors and Cavs after committing a flagrant foul on Harrison Barnes. Cleveland was trailing by 30 points when Smith plowed into Barnes under the guise of fighting through a screen. Smith’s foul was deemed a Flagrant Two, which is an automatic ejection.

The Cavs trailed the Warriors by 26 at halftime, a deficit that grew during the first six minutes of the third. Stephen Curry, hopeful smeller of champagne, scored 24 points during his first 22 minutes on the court.
