Nick Young, Iggy Azalea end engagement
Lakers guard Nick Young and rapper Iggy Azalea have ended their engagement, the couple announced on Twitter Sunday.
The news comes two months after Young admitted to cheating on Azalea while he was being secretly videotaped by teammate D’Angelo Russell.
“Unfortunately although I love Nick and have tried and tried to rebuild my trust in him—it’s become apparent in the last few weeks I am unable to,” Azelea wrote in an Instagram post. “It’s never easy to part ways with the person you planed your entire future with, but futures can be rewritten and as of today mine is a blank page.”

“I am sick,” Russell said of the incident in April. “I am sorry about recording the video. I can’t repeat myself enough on that: I am sorry I recorded that video. I feel horrible. I wish this never happened.”
