Adam Silver: No decision made on moving Charlotte All-Star Game

NBA commissioner Adam Silver said the league is still undecided on moving the All-Star Game out of Charlotte.
Earlier this year, North Carolina passed a controversial bathroom bill preventing transgender people from using the bathroom in accordance with their gender identity. The bill has been widely criticized as discriminatory against the LGBTQ community.
“We’re not prepared to make a decision today, but the calendar is not our friends,” Silver told reporters Tuesday about moving the game.
Silver said in June he would imagine the NBA making a decision before the end of the summer.

NBA legend Charles Barkley said the league should move the game out of Charlotte. Hornets owner Michael Jordan has also expressed concern over the bill, but has not called for the game to be moved.
