Doc Rivers' Top Two Takeaways from Win vs. Brooklyn Nets

In this story:
On Sunday, the Philadelphia 76ers took down the Brooklyn Nets, completing their regular season, as well as a series sweep of their division rivals.
As the playoffs sit less than a week away, Sixers' head coach Doc Rivers decided to bench most of his players, opting to use his deep reserve players such as Jaden Springer, Mac McClung, Louis King, and even Montrezl Harrell.
Paul Reed also made a notable appearance in the matchup, dropping 17 points while also securing ten rebounds for Philadelphia, including his first shot from beyond the arc all season.
While the game might not have been the best scouting report for Rivers, with the Nets also using reserves players, the veteran head coach believes that there were still important takeaways from Sunday's match.
The first takeaway that Rivers touched on was the health of his players, which has been a prevalent topic over the previous few weeks in regard to the decision to rest star players.
"Health, we got out of the game healthy, and we have a lot of young guys that have a promising future," Rivers told reporters.
Springer would be the only entry on the team's injury report, as the youngster had to leave after only two minutes of play due to an ankle injury.
The youthfulness of the Sixers' reserves was the other takeaway that Rivers saw, with Sunday being the second straight game won by Philadelphia's deep rotation players.
"A lot of the young guys, they can play, but they just have guys in front of them, and it's very difficult for them to get on the floor," Rivers finished.
The Sixers' reserves found success on Sunday, putting the Nets away with a dominant 134-105 victory.
