76ers vs. Blazers: Tobias Harris, PJ Tucker’s Playing Status

In this story:
The Philadelphia 76ers dealt with a couple of bumps over the course of their five-game road trip. In the first game on the road against the Miami Heat, Joel Embiid got a night off due to foot soreness.
While the Sixers were fully healthy going into the Dallas Mavericks matchup, the team lost two starters in the following game against the Milwaukee Bucks.
Tobias Harris was the first to go out as he started dealing with calf soreness, a problem that affected him in a few games prior. After playing in the first half against the Bucks, Harris was ruled out for the rest of the game.
In the second half, PJ Tucker was ruled out for the rest of the night as he was dealing with back spasms. When the Sixers geared up for their Monday night matchup against the Indiana Pacers, both Harris, and Tucker were on the injury report as questionable.
As expected, both veterans were out against the Pacers. On the second night of the back-to-back set, Tucker and Harris were on the injury report once again as the Sixers geared up to face the Minnesota Timberwolves.
However, the trend of them missing time did not continue. Both starters were cleared for action. While the Sixers weren’t fully healthy as James Harden was added to the injury report and eventually ruled out, it was clear that Harden’s absence wouldn’t become a long-term trend.
Now, as the Sixers prepare to take on the Portland Trail Blazers, they are full healthy.
Harris, Tucker, and Harden were all left off the injury report. And even the two-way assignee Jaden Springer has been upgraded to available as he’s been recalled by the team, according to Sixers officials.
Unless the Sixers deal with any other unexpected setbacks throughout the day, the team is expected to be fully healthy against Portland on Friday night.
