76ers vs. Nets: Game Odds, Players to Watch

In this story:
On Sunday, the Philadelphia 76ers conclude their regular season with a match against the Brooklyn Nets, with the match serving as a light preview of the first round of the NBA playoffs.
In their last time out, the Sixers took on the Atlanta Hawks in a match that saw Joel Embiid, James Harden, Tyrese Maxey, and P.J. Tucker sit as a preventative for any further injuries.
As a result, Philadelphia opted to use their upcoming prospects like Jaden Springer and Mac McClung, with the latter making his debut for the Sixers, all of this coming less than a day after the Delaware Blue Coats lifted the NBA G League trophy.
While a lot of the spotlight was cast upon the youngsters, it was the rotation players who led the team in scoring with Georges Niang and Jalen McDaniels combining for 48 points.
For the Hawks, Trae Young led the team in scoring with 27 points while also dishing out a career-high 20 assists, beating his previous high of 18 set against the Sixers in 2021.
On Sunday, Doc Rivers decided to rest Embiid, Harden, Maxey, Tucker, De'Anthony Melton, Tobias Harris, and more stars ahead of the playoffs.
On the other side of the ticket sits the Brooklyn Nets, who are coming off of a win against the Orlando Magic, which booked their tickets to the playoffs.
Mikal Bridges led the Nets in scoring with 22 points, as Cameron Johnson put up 18 points with five rebounds.
Similarly to Rivers, Brooklyn head coach Jacque Vaughn has decided to rest his stars, with Cameron Johnson, Seth Curry, Royce O'Neal, and Nic Claxton, amongst others, being downgraded.

Players to Watch:
Sixers: Jaden Springer
As Springer received a fair share of minutes on Friday night, making good use of them, as he scored 19 points and made three assists, it wouldn't surprise anyone to see him repeat this on Sunday afternoon.
Nets: Mikal Bridges
The only star not to appear on Brooklyn's injury report is Bridges, who could use Sunday as a way to end his season on a high note. Since joining the Nets at the trade deadline, the Philadelphia native is averaging 27 points on 48 percent shooting, nearly doubling his averages from when he was on the Phoenix Suns.
