A look back at Giannis Antetokounmpo's historic performance in March

In this story:
Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo has been a man on a mission this season. With the regular season nearing its end, the Greek Freak is showing no signs of slowing down—proof of which was his remarkable performances in the month of March, where he helped lead the Bucks to an 11-5 record and the best record in the entire league heading to the home stretch of the regular season.
Matches Kareem
Giannis was unstoppable in March, averaging 30.4 points on 60.2% shooting from the field, along with 10.5 rebounds and 6.8 assists. With those numbers, Giannis put himself in some elite company, joining the great Kareem Abdul-Jabbar as the only players to average at least 30 PPG, 10 RPG, and 5 APG while shooting 60% from the field in a month. The last time this was done was in January 1971.

Trying to lock up the number one seed
The Bucks inched closer to locking up the top seed in the Eastern Conference and, perhaps, the entire league on Sunday after they blew away another contender, the Philadelphia 76ers, 117-104. Pundits were concerned on Thursday after the Bucks suffered a humiliating 140-99 loss to their closest pursuer, the Boston Celtics.
However, they laid all those concerns to rest, as Giannis had another dominant performance with 33 points, 14 rebounds, six assists, and three blocks.
A dominant force.
