Cavaliers To Play Nets In Paris During 2024 NBA Season

The Cleveland Cavaliers and Brooklyn Nets will play a regular season game during the 2024 NBA season.

The wine and gold are going international!

The Cleveland Cavaliers and Brooklyn Nets were selected to travel over to Paris, France at the beginning of 2024 to play in a regular season contest. The game is scheduled to place on January, 11 at Accora Arena. 

This is an exciting opportunity for the Cavs and the international basketball community. Cleveland and Brooklyn are both young rosters that will be contending for playoff spots next season. 

Both the Nets and Cavaliers have young talented rosters that have already accomplished quite a bit in their careers.

Cleveland's Evan Mobley and Brooklyn's Ben Simmons and Mikal Bridges have all made all-defensive teams at some point in their career. Darius Garland, Donovan Mitchell, and Jarrett Allen are also all former All-Stars too.

It may only be a regular season game, but it certainly is set up to be a great matchup for fans to watch.

Being selected to represent the NBA on the national level is a great privilege. This is what Koby Altman, Cleveland Cavaliers President of Basketball Operations, said about this opportunity to play overseas:
