Every player that enters the NBA hopes they'll have the experience of playing in a playoff game. They also dream that a playoff run will lead them to the NBA Finals.

A playoff run ending with a chance to win it all every time you reach the postseason doesn't seem like reality and a former member of the Cleveland Cavaliers has made that happen.

With the Miami Heat's Game 7 win over the Boston Celtics on Monday night, Kevin Love will be advancing to the 2023 Finals. This will be Love's fifth Finals appearance, while also being his fifth postseason as well.

That means Love has now reached the Finals every time he makes it to the playoffs. That's a pretty impressive streak to still have alive!

In his four previous Finals series, all with the Cavaliers, he's averaged 13.8 points, 9.5 rebounds, and 1.3 assists. All of those Finals series were against the Golden State Warriors when Love was the starting power forward for the Cavs.

It's almost certain that Love will see his role diminished against the Nuggets as the 34-year-old is nowhere near the same talent he was during Cleveland's runs.

One thing's for sure and that's Cavs fans will have an easy choice when it comes down to what team to root for this year's Finals. While Love's departure may have stung for some, watching him add another ring to his resume would be a fantastic site to see!
