The longest-tenured player on the Cleveland Cavaliers may be playing in a different uniform when the next season starts.

It's no secret that the Cavs are trying to move up in Thursday night's NBA Draft. ESPN's Brian Windhosrt revealed that Cleveland is interested in trading into the first round in order to take one of the prospects they have high on their draft board.

The Cavs don't have a ton of assets after the Donovan Mitchell trade last summer, but they do have some pieces that others could be interested in.

One of those trade prospects is forward Cedi Osman.

Sam Amico of Hoops Wire reported that Cleveland may use look to use Osman and his contract to trade up into the first round on Thursday night.

Osman has been a part of the Cavs organization since the 2017-18 season and was on the final LeBron James team before he departed to Los Angeles. Cedi made the Finals in his rookie season as a bench player.

He then was a key part of Cleveland's rebuild and making it back to the NBA Playoffs last season.

Cedi averaged 8.7 points last season and is a career 9.7 points-per-game scorer. He's always been a streaky three-point shooter but can be a huge boost for a team off the bench when he's locked in. Osman shot 37 percent from behind the arc last season on 4.1 attempts a night.

It would make the most sense for a contender with a later first-round pick to inquire about Cedi. The Sacramento Kings at 24, the Memphis Grizzlies at 25, and the Los Angeles Clippers at 30 are all intriguing options.

In fact, Amico reports that the Clippers have expressed interest in Osman in the past.
